How do I Create an Account
Go to the top right-hand corner of the site, click account and choose Register from the drop down
Do I have to open an account to order from you?No, you can place an order as a guest.
Do you offer free shipping?Yes we do, orders over £25 will be shipped free of charge. See HERE for our full shipping options
How long should it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed before 2.30pm will be shipped same day, all orders received after 2.30 will be shipped the following day. Most orders are received in a day or two. Next day shipping can also be selected.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?Let us know as soon as possible and we will either arrange for the missing parts to be sent out or arrange a return and replacement or refund.
Where can I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, we will forward the tracking details to you. If you have opened an account you can log in here to follow your order too.
I haven’t vaped before, where do I start?

What E-Liquid should I use?

How long should a 10ml bottle of e-liquid last?
Everyone is different, but on average based on someone that smoked around 20 cigarettes a day, they would expect to vape between 3 and 5ml a day, so a 10ml bottle should last 2-3 days.
How do I look after my vape?

I am getting a burnt taste when I vape?
A burnt toast taste is usually an indication that your coil needs changing, Take a look at our ‘Vape Maintenance Guide’ on how to change your coil.
How often should I change my coil?
Depending on how heavy a vaper you are, but rule of thumb is usually every 2-3 weeks.
